Yoga for Hope: Flowing together to fight cancer

Join us at 6 p.m. for an inspiring and impactful event to support cancer research at MUSC’s Hollings Cancer Center. Synchronicity is partnering with the LowVelo fundraiser and local yoga expert Kelsey Harrison for an evening dedicated to community, wellness, and making a difference. This event is perfect for holistic-minded individuals who have been impacted by cancer and are passionate about supporting groundbreaking research. If you or someone you love has been touched by cancer, this event is for you.

This is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a chance for our community to come together with intention and love to help cure cancer. By participating, you are directly supporting vital research that can lead to life-saving treatments. Tickets are $20.

Tuesday night training ride in partnership with Charleston Beer Riders

This ride hosted by Charleston Beer Riders departs from Edmund’s Oast Brewery every Tuesday evening. Gather with bikes in the courtyard by 6 p.m. Please be sure to have helmets, lights, water and any basic tools and tubes you’ll need for repairs. Any registered riders who bring a friend that signs up for LOWVELO will receive a $25 fundraising credit – because we know a guy!
