Chris Winn
LOWVELO Manager
Chris Winn is an avid cyclist with a background in event management, sales and marketing. He is passionate about growing the Charleston cycling community, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and fighting back against cancer. He has been a participant in LOWVELO since its inception in 2019.
Chris was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and is a graduate of Colorado State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Karen are proud parents of two Gamecocks and one Tiger, their “Brady Bunch,” Keegan, Addie and Delaney. In his free time, Chris loves riding a bike, spending time outside, food, music and exercise.

Chelsea Stone
External Rider and Volunteer Recruiter
Chelsea Stone was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana. Her passion in hospitality began in high school, where she had her first experience working for an international sporting event, The Indianapolis 500 and the Indianapolis 500 Victory Banquet. She moved to Columbia, South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina where she studied hospitality, tourism, and sports management. She has worked with national events such as Augusta National’s Masters Tournament, the World Beer Festival, and the PGA Tournament, as well as organizations including Hilton, Choice Hotels, Festiva Resorts, and Bishop Gadsden.
In 2018, Chelsea and her husband, Trey, welcomed their first child, Sofia. Chelsea enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and biking in the beautiful Lowcountry. With over 15 years of experience in relationship development, Chelsea thrives on creating inviting environments for her community, values building strong personal relationships, and bringing joy and meaning to others.

Justine Plummer
Administrative Coordinator
Justine Plummer hails from central New Jersey where she developed a diverse background in special events for good causes, health promotion, marketing, and content creation. A graduate of the University of Scranton, she holds a degree in Community Health Education and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
Justine is excited to be a new resident of Charleston and to bring her skills and expertise to the LOWVELO team. In her free time, she loves reading, going to the beach and being surrounded by family and friends.

Amanda Oberhaus
External Rider and Volunteer Recruiter
Amanda Oberhaus grew up in Minnesota and spent time at the Art Institute of San Diego and as an NBA dancer, before becoming a certified personal and group fitness trainer. She combined her knowledge and passion for movement and fitness to help individuals and groups achieve their health goals. Amanda’s background also includes experience in management, sales, marketing and the bridal industry. Over the past few years, she has worked as a health, wellness and fitness coach and a cycling instructor.
Amanda is dedicated wife and mother of two with a strong commitment to community work. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and outreach, she is passionate about fostering connections and uplifting those around her. Through dance, fitness coaching, and various volunteer efforts, Amanda strives to inspire and engage her community and make a positive impact.
