Chris Winn
LOWVELO Manager
Chris Winn is an avid cyclist with a background in event management, sales and marketing. He is passionate about growing the Charleston cycling community, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and fighting back against cancer. He has been a participant in LOWVELO since its inception in 2019.
Chris was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and is a graduate of Colorado State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Karen are proud parents of two Gamecocks and one Tiger, their “Brady Bunch,” Keegan, Addie and Delaney. In his free time, Chris loves riding a bike, spending time outside, food, music and exercise.

Jaclyn Summers
Operations & Recruitment Manager
Jaclyn Summers is a graduate of the College of Central Florida. While there she studied Business and Organizational Management with a specialization in Public Service. She began working for the American Cancer Society as a Relay For Life Specialist soon after graduation. In 2015, she relocated to the Lowcountry and continued her work with the ACS as a Senior Community Development Manager. Jaclyn has a strong background in nonprofit community events, mission-oriented work, mobilization of event volunteers and fundraising/corporate sponsorship. After a short career break, Jaclyn joined MUSC Hollings Cancer Center as a LOWVELO Rider Recruiter in early 2022.
Jaclyn is originally from Long Island, New York. She lives in Summerville with her husband, Jonathan, and her two sons, Zachary (5) and Caleb (3). She enjoys exploring the Lowcountry, entertaining friends and family, and meeting new people.

Chelsea Stone
External Rider and Volunteer Recruiter
Chelsea Stone was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana. Her passion in hospitality began in high school, where she had her first experience working for an international sporting event, The Indianapolis 500 and the Indianapolis 500 Victory Banquet. She moved to Columbia, South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina where she studied hospitality, tourism, and sports management. She has worked with national events such as Augusta National’s Masters Tournament, the World Beer Festival, and the PGA Tournament, as well as organizations including Hilton, Choice Hotels, Festiva Resorts, and Bishop Gadsden.
In 2018, Chelsea and her husband, Trey, welcomed their first child, Sofia. Chelsea enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and biking in the beautiful Lowcountry. With over 15 years of experience in relationship development, Chelsea thrives on creating inviting environments for her community, values building strong personal relationships, and bringing joy and meaning to others is her passion.
